Terms & Conditions

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Gym members join a gym using an invite code provided by their gym owner. Members do not pay Jiu Jitsu Connect directly; access for members is provided at no charge through their gym's subscription.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings area of the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and user-generated content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Jiu Jitsu Connect is currently free to use. There is no subscription fee required at this time for gym owners or members to access the app's available features.

As Jiu Jitsu Connect grows and additional features or services are introduced, we may offer paid features, premium services, or subscription plans in the future. If pricing is introduced, users will be clearly informed of the applicable cost, billing terms, and features included before any purchase or payment is required.

We will not automatically enroll existing users in a paid subscription or charge a payment method simply because pricing is introduced. Any future paid service will require the user to knowingly choose the applicable paid option and agree to its terms.

Any future purchases or subscriptions offered through the iOS app will comply with applicable Apple App Store requirements.

We reserve the right to modify the availability or pricing of services in the future. Any material changes will be communicated to affected users 60 days before they take effect.

You agree to use Jiu Jitsu Connect lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or impersonate another person.
• Post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• Attempt to access another gym's private information or accounts.
• Attempt to interfere with, damage, or circumvent the security of the service.
• Use the platform for spam, fraud, or other unauthorized purposes.

You retain responsibility for content you submit. By posting content, you grant Jiu Jitsu Connect the limited rights necessary to store, display, and transmit that content to operate the service for your gym community.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions to submit content you upload.

Jiu Jitsu Connect and authorized gym administrators may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users or enforce these Terms.

The app provides tools to report inappropriate content or behavior and to block other users. Reports are reviewed by Jiu Jitsu Connect or authorized gym administrators. Blocking limits communication between users within the app.

Gym owners are responsible for managing their gym's community, members, announcements, schedules, and content. Jiu Jitsu Connect provides the technology but does not control every communication or activity conducted by individual gyms.

Jiu Jitsu Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Jiu Jitsu Connect is not responsible for the instruction, supervision, training practices, events, or activities conducted by individual gyms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jiu Jitsu Connect and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, threatens the safety of other users, misuses the platform, or when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations.

We may update these Terms periodically; the "Last Updated" date will reflect the change. Continued use of Jiu Jitsu Connect following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
